I was thinking about whether it might be useful to create a weekly or bi-weekly GitClub (patent pending on that name, btw...). What I mean by this is that I see lots of chatter around the foundation like this, where people want to get going on git and github.
My experience teaching students to this is that it's a pretty steep vertical climb when you're beginning, and many people give up in frustration.<br>
<br>
We could do a thing where we have a short show-and-tell, or all-questions-answered style thing on vidyo or irc on a regular basis, and people can ask questions or see short demos of things, without being made to feel dumb.<br>
<br>
If that's interesting, I'd be happy to lead some of them and get the ball rolling.<br>

<div>Hello,
<div><br>
</div>
<div>I'm determined. I'm committed. How I get set up so that I can contribute small design and text tweaks on stuff that you guys are building?</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Any resources you guys know of for designers getting started with github? I am a pretty good test use case for a contributor starting from pretty much zero. Feel free to use me as such!</div>

<div>Related: Didn't JP make it a lot easier for us to share working prototypes on heroku? How does that work?</div>
