[webvr] Could really use a about:webvr / chrome://webvr - suggested contents

Hello Ben,

I think this is a great idea.  I’ve copied your message to a bug to track an implementation in Firefox:

In general, we would like to build up the developer tools in Firefox to be the most useful for WebVR developers.  All ideas are welcome!
