on addressing feedback before wider publishing.</li>

<li>New developer (Henry) joined the team</li>
<li>Discussed other hiring related matters</li>
</ul>
<p>Product/strategy</p>
<ul>
<li>Scheduled a meeting for discussing this matter 2021-03-18</li>

<li>Berna asked about Town Hall agenda</li>
<ul>
<li>Magnus would like to at least go through developments for
the last month, and maybe if there's anything from the
council's side, highlight that as well</li>
<li>Discussed Zoom alternatives.</li>
<ul>
<li>Berna would prefer BBB (big blue button)</li>
<li>Magnus would keep using Zoom (we know it works, and we
don't want technical disruptions, alternatives would need
investigation and getting licenses set up)</li>
<li>Philipp would stick to Zoom. Potentially stream to
air.mozilla.org. Noted that there's a Zoom web-only version
as well. If using something else, should talk about it
first.</li>

<li>Dirk is drafting an email around CPG. Discussed council/CPG
relationship. <br>

<li>Berna thinks the council should own the process with some
improvements. She thinks if this is not done by an independent
party that also provides the necessary transparency, then we
are better placed to own it directly.</li>
<li>Magnus thinks the council should stay away from CPG and
leave that to the CPG team. This does not seem like a good
topic to politicize. <br>
