<p>You make fair points. But as Geoff points out, most of these
items not controlled by Thunderbird folks, not even by list admins
of Thunderbird forums. It doesn't help that unfortunately mailman
hasn't significantly evolved in this area over the years.</p>
<p>I think we can all agree that a good step forward would be to do
the previously mentioned <a
href="https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=29041">Bug
29041 - Support mailing list management (unsubscription etc.)
headers - RFC 2369</a> and we won't need to discuss it here :)<br>
