      <p>Motions since last meeting</p>

      <ul>

        <li>[Berna]: All motions to be published at least 7 days in

          advance. Those that involve hiring, salary, vendor,

          partnerships, personal confidential information will get

          posted ONLY on Thunderbird Council. All other motions get

          posted on tb-planning. Motions that are put forward on a

          Council call, will get voted on the next Council meeting,

          which is 2 weeks later. If a Council member has an urgent

          motion, he/she can post it to the respective list up to 7 days

          prior to the meeting</li>

        <ul>

          <li>Some problems of how it would (per the letter) be possible

            to apply such a rule were discussed.</li>

          <li>It was decided that Berna and Dirk will see if the motion

            can be modified, or take alternative approach.</li>

      <p>Hiring/personnel</p>

      <ul>

        <li>Discussed vendor contract.<br>

        </li>

        <li>Discussed outlook of current hiring.</li>

      <p>Product/Strategy</p>

      <ul>

        <li>Berna asked about publication of the OpenPGP code audit.

          Magnus replied it's not yet been publicized but will be once

          the issues found have been covered.</li>

        <li>Berna asked if we have a whitepaper on the OpenPGP

          implementation in Thunderbird. Magnus replied there is no

          applicable whitepaper, to the extent there isn't one for

          Enigmail out there (we're based on that except for the actual

          encryption solution).</li>

        <li>Dirk will send out public email about the vision.</li>

      </ul>

      <p>Miscellaneous</p>

      <ul>

        <li>Berna asked if there's progress announcing the partnership</li>

        <ul>

          <li>Ryan shared a press release / announcement draft he has.</li>

        </ul>

        <li>Dirk asked about a financial report</li>

        <ul>

          <li>Ryan will send it to the council later in the week.</li>
