<li>Chair: Philipp (votes for: Magnus, Patrick, Ryan, Philipp,
Christopher / votes against: Dirk, Berna)<br>

<li>Treasurer: Ryan (unanimous)<br>
</li>
<li>Secretary: Patrick (unanimous)<br>
</li>
</ul>
<li>Voted to renew a contract with a vendor.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Financial</h3>
<ul>
<li>Ryan is aiming to publish a donation / financial report by
end-of-year.</li>
<li>Will aim to doing quarterly reports in the future inline with
board meetings.<br>

<h3>Hiring / Personnel</h3>

<li>Discussed currently open positions and some contract renewals.</li>
<li>Magnus provided a performance review process for feedback.</li>
<ul>
<li>Will be asking for feedback from Mozilla HR.</li>

<h3>Product / Strategy</h3>
<ul>
<li>Scheduled a strategy session for Dec. 9, 2020</li>
<li>Discussed the upcoming agenda briefly.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Governance</h3>

<li>As part of a previous vote we had passed a motion to publish
the results of motion publicly.</li>
<ul>
<li>Resolved to include these in the minutes.</li>
</ul>
<li>Scheduled a meeting with the Mozilla CPG team.</li>
