<h3>Hiring / Personnel</h3>

<li>Release Engineer / Web Infra Engineer started last week.</li>
<li>Berna asked what is our current head count. Magnus
reports 15.</li>
<li>Discussed formation of and management of the
infrastructure team.<br>

<h3>Product / Strategy</h3>

<li>Berna asked about OpenPGP</li>
<ul>
<li>Why it was released on Sunday, and how it was going.
Wayne reported it was finally enabled by default in
78.2, which shipped late Sunday 8/16 at zero update,
meaning only users who did manual updates should get it.
Wayne responded that we were confident there were no
known technical issues left to fix that were of serious
concern, and that disabling updates is easy if an
emergency arose. We did not expect too many new users
(from 68), and so not ready to announce the enabling of
OpenPGP from a marketing perspective. That will
coordinated with enabling of automatic updates.<br>

<li>What were the main issues and what feedback we had
from users? Is Kai our only resource working on bugs
and fixes? Kai is our main resource, with Alex
collaborating on UX issues.<br>

<li>When auto-upgrade planned to be enabled again? Wayne
indicated automatic updates would be enabled in the next
7 days. [It was subsequently publicized via Ryan's blog
post on Sept 7.]</li>

<li>Berna asked about RNP code review (audit)<br>

<li>The audit is finished and report was issued. <br>

<li>The report will be made public at some distant date,
typically when the bugs are fixed.<br>

<li>Berna asked what the next steps were in the CPG review.</li>
<li>Berna asked about progress on the performance review
process for the team, Magnus and Ryan. It was reported
that development of the review process is still in
progress.<br>
