all other important apps (apple, microsoft) detect all
calendars with colors etc. directky after entering uri and
credentials. only in thunderbird i should enter the whole
(complex) url for every calendar and have to choose colors
everytime again. i support a lot of thunderbird installations
in my family and friends - but it is very annoying to install
plugins and explain difficult administration to every user.</div>
