      <li>Ryan waiting on full SOA (Statement of Activity) for 2019,

        some details are missing</li>

      <li>Discussion about "financial horizon", that is, given current

        available funds, how long the project can pay its staff in the

        theoretical case that income stops. That depends on the number

        of current and future staff. Further discussion on the desirable

        overspend amount, in order to hire more staff.<br>
