<p>Governance</p>
<ul>
<li>Elections - Discussed postponing the elections, to finish up
some pending business and open questions. No decision, Ryan to
send out email summarizing items warranting postponing.<br>
</li>
<li>Elections - Motion from Magnus to handle the potential case of
more than two people from the same entity running for elections
by having a pre-election, with only the two winners continuing
to the real election (currently two first nominating would have
been able to run). Motion passed unanimously. </li>
<li>Elections - Motion from Philipp to update the election
organization/association/unit rules to add MZLA: The 'Mozilla
Corporation', the 'Mozilla Foundation', and ‘MZLA Technologies’
are (considered) separate companies for purposes of
"professional affiliation". Motion passed: 5 yes, 1 abstain.</li>
<li>Discussed council member NDA requirement.</li>
