<h3>Motions since last meeting<br>
</h3>

<p>Magnus sent out a motion for how to handle multiple people in
the same organization for the election.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<h3>Hiring<br>
</h3>
<ul>
<li>Discussed whether any applications have been received for the
newly opened positions.</li>
<ul>
<li>All of us talked through where they applications were
listed, brainstormed if there were additional locations to
list them.</li>
<li>Suggested we see if anyone has referrals.</li>
</ul>
<li>Discussed formalizing performance reviews for staff.</li>
<ul>
<li>This topic had stalled a bit over concerns that the current
proposal was too heavy.</li>
<li>Wayne and Berna were concerned we did not receive feedback
from everyone involved.</li>
<li>Patrick and Magnus thought implementing something for a
trial period might be a way forward.<br>

<h3>Governance<br>
</h3>
<ul>
<li>2020 Election</li>
<ul>
<li>Ryan had suggested delaying the election to finish some left
over items due to changing of the corporate structure.</li>
<li>Discussed finalizing the electoral roll put together by
Jörg, Wayne, and Magnus.</li>
<li>Philipp noted that we had at least one pending motion
related to the election (about requiring all Council members
to sign an NDA).<br>
