Hello TB Planning,

Since last year there has been ongoing conversation about when
and how to do a Thunderbird Summit where contributors can meet,
discuss, and plan the future of Thunderbird. Given that it looks
like travel may be restricted for a while and the challenges
associated with meeting in person - I would like to have a Virtual
Summit at the end of April (into the beginning of May). I have
gathered some presentation and discussion ideas from the
Thunderbird staff, which you can review on the Virtual
Summit Ideas wiki page.

I hope that everyone on this list can visit that page and add
their own ideas for discussions and presentations - I will review
the submissions and then we will schedule times over the course of
the week for those to take place. Starting on the 27th of April
and going on through May 3rd. We will conduct some polls to
determine the best times to hold the most popular talks in the
next couple of weeks, so that the maximum number of people can
attend. We will
be using Zoom in order to host the talks (so grab that
software now if you plan to attend). A public calendar will be
posted on the Wiki and possibly the website once we have nailed
down the schedule.

Please, share your feedback now, including any additional ideas
or concerns that you have.

Thank you.
