I was really surprised when I uploaded a new version of my PopMailListRecipients 2 addon.

<br>It was instantaneously approved. Nice but it started 16th in a queue. Are new addons 
actually reviewed. If not should they be? We've been talking a lot about security 
lately.... This addon doesn't have any experiments either.

<br>It was also a little disconcerting that I got 8 warnings for features that are not in 
FireFox addons, permissions like compose and AddressBooks, functions like onComposeSend etc.
<br>
<br>Can the check system be updated with Thunderbird functions and permissions? Not a big deal 
but it looks untidy. Be nice to have it fixed.
