The minutes of the meeting from prior weeks were discussed and
approved.<br>

Agenda:<br>

Hiring:<br>
* Mozilla layoffs: We are sad to hear about the layoffs at
Mozilla and<br>
are looking into what may be necessary to support staff leaving
from<br>
Mozilla, assessing open job reqs vs available resources.<br>
<br>
* Budgeting for part-time QA Manager and part-time Test and
Analysis<br>
Engineer roles as suggested by Jörg was presented by Ryan and
Jörg. No<br>
decision was taken in terms of fulfilling those positions.<br>
<br>
Governance:<br>
* We are reviewing the service agreements that Mozilla provides
to the<br>
TB Project<br>
<br>
Miscellaneous:<br>
* Ryan is working on the TB Business Plan which he will be
sharing with<br>
the council members in the coming days.<br>
<br>
* Ryan gave an update on existing as well as potential
partnership<br>
agreements.<br>
<br>
Council updates:<br>
* Berna has revised the TB Bylaws and shared it with the Council
for<br>
review and revisions.<br>
* Berna & Patrick will share TB Performance Review Process
presentation<br>
with the Council after receiving Patrick’s feedback.<br>
