Hi,

DTN gets more and more information, but it also gets crowded.
Also I have the impression, that the line between core development
and addon development is not hard enough. There where addon
authors trying to understand "the new WebExt stuff" but gut stuck
on reading the "Hello World" Example.

I would like to propose a structual change: Move everything up
one level of hierarchy.

This has all the stuff related to Contributing to Thunderbird
Core in its own main section. The next section could be either
"Add-On Development" or we could separate that in two main
sections for the legacy stuff (with the update guides) and another
main section for WebExt Add-On- Development.

What do you think?
