I must admit that haven't checked recently but, as of when I last
looked (a year or two ago), many low end Windows 10 laptops or were
shipped with 32 bit Windows 10.<br>

So it's not all that surprising that there's a reasonable percentage
of 32 bit Windows 10 users.<br>
