Like what is the threshold used and what are the exact voting
results, including the second and third preferences, so the vote
transfer can be understood?<br>
<br>
What I find strange for example: Of the 16 voters for Philipp
Kewisch as first preference, only 5 had a second preference (so 11
voters only voted for Philipp K and no other candidate at all?)
and all of those 5 voters picked Magnus as second preference?
There is no distribution on the second preference in that case?
Same later on with all the other transfers?<br>
