<p>why don't you install my *legacy* Add-on quickFilters? It has
got an optgion tgo insert the new filter in alphabetical order.
It also got cut / copy / paste functionality (and sorting) to
easily re-order your filters.</p>

Currently when adding a new filter to Tools/Message Filters, the
filter is added either at the top of the list of filters or above
the currently highlighted filter.
<br>

The only way to move the filter is to use the buttons at the right
of the Message Filters dialogue box. (Move to Top, Move Up, Move
Down, Move to Bottom) In many other applications, including
Lightning, the mouse can be used to move an item in a list to
another location.

Could this be implemented in TB Tools/Message Filters?

I have over 150 filters in my account, it would be nice to use the
mouse to move new filters rather than repeatedly clicking a
button.
