Sorry I had a screenshot of the windows notification but I threw

properly.

String freeze during the whole year? I meant the ESR Release
including all versions 60.0, 60.1, 60.2 etc. - so I may have
worded it awkwardly. Sort of an outlook into the changes planned
for next 12 months to avoid nasty surprises for the users. (such
as, hey, we got rid of Add-ons altogether)

Exceptions to predicting ... I hope the
dev staff agrees that webextensions support would land during
60.* if it doesn't happen before we release 60. And by
providing the maildir converter in 60 no doubt maildir fixes
will follow.

Even though I am a legacy guy, I think this is good news.
At least we can start writing some tests... (not quite sure what
to do in a content Tab, apart from showing my web pages, but I
will get there eventually. I like floating, non-modal, topmost
windows. Most tool windows in professional applications
(photoshop, cubase, pro tools) are like this - examples:
floating tool palettes, preview windows, instrument & FX
plugins, etc etc etc - these all wouldn't work well in tabs as
they take focus away from the users main work in the 3-pane or
composer windows; tabs are not a one stop solution for everything)
