cite">I have been publishing instructional videos for Thunderbird,
and with the release of Thunderbird 60 coming up, I think it might
be better to start using Thunderbird 60 in my videos. To do that,
I need to use the latest beta release in my videos. I can make it
look like an end-user release by tweaking the startpage URL, but
if the UI changes between now and end-user release, I may as well
wait.

Is it safe to say the UI for Thunderbird 60 is not going to change
before the final release?
