there needs to be a proven track record, and I don't see the
necessity to review that every six months.</tt></p>
<p><tt>Let me assure you from personal experience, that currently
there are no new contributors "who are typically available and
contributing on a weekly basis". In fact, if reviewed now, we'd
have to remove some people from the list :-(</tt></p>
