</span>I think once we're able to add a clear pinned note to the FB page<br>
pointing towards SUMO (can't do this at the moment as I'm not an admin),<br>
it might be an idea to also disable private messaging for the page<br>
entirely? Sending private messages which are generally never answered<br>
anyway is a bit of a user irritant.<br>
