    There were some significant changes to proxy management in the

    underlying mozilla code used in Thunderbird 38, and this bug claims

    that proxies are not actually working:<br>

        If so, this would be a serious regression. I would appreciate

        any others uses with proxies to test this, and confirm to the

        bug their experiences.<br>
