So during our bi-weekly Thunderbird meeting today, the issue of CONDSTORE (which was brought up in a separate thread on tb-planning, but I'm splitting out to primarily discuss what to do about the issue for TB 24) was brought up.

Having just had a brief conversation with someone offline in this
area, it reminded me that I didn't necessarily ask the right
questions. So:

Is the CONDSTORE issue this bug:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=885220 ?

Is it a regression in TB 24, or is it also seen in 17.0.x (the
bug makes me think it is 17.0.x) ?

How many reports have we been seeing in get satisfaction?

When did Google enable condstore?

The answers may affect what we want to do, i.e. if 17.0.x is
seeing it, but we haven't had many reports, then I'd re-consider
proposing leaving it enabled a bit longer whilst we try and fix
it.
