Now that 4.0rc1 is out, I think we should go for:<br>
<ul>
<li>Code freeze at 23:59 PST Sunday 13th</li>
<li>Cut and build in the hours after that, reopening the tree
after the nightlies are generated.</li>
<li>Aim to release on 14th/15th depending on how testing goes</li>
