Just to update folks, having realised the continuing need for this
over the last couple of months, we are now progressing with a
prototype system.<br>

The work can be followed in <a
href="https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=631597">bug
631597</a>. Developers won't be affected by this prototype system
- we're likely to land some changes in client.py but they will keep
all the current defaults the same (i.e. pull latest revisions by
default).<br>
