Generally, we've found that taking time to collect release notes
from large groups of people is too expensive in time and
complicated, even for alpha/betas. The notes for minor releases do
generally get passed round at least a few of our tb-drivers if not
all of them.<br>

I would also note that if we have a beta period for a minor release
(where we release builds on the beta channel), the draft release
notes are always available:

In this case I did tweak the what's new section on the final version
of the release notes, but generally they stay the same.<br>

I've known that exists for a while. However it just doesn't fit into
my working patterns which makes it very hard for me to deal with and
so I end up not using it. I'm not sure it makes sense to discuss
that here, certainly not on this thread, so I won't go any further
