New Thunderbird Website

Then why when I visit https://www-new.thunderbird.net/*hr*/ and click on 
for example "Systems & Languages" (bellow download button) it takes me 
to https://www-new.thunderbird.net/*en-US*/thunderbird/all/
If I manually change that into 
https://www-new.thunderbird.net/*hr*/thunderbird/all/ I get almost 100% 
translated page in croatian.

Same goes for "Get involved" etc.
