Thunderbird version 60.0 preview

...a lot of Addons don't have dedicated support websites and use their AMO
homepage for documentation.

Personally I have some short texts in my localised "on board help" that
mentionened (not linked) addons.mozilla.org which needed amendment.

Of course I also updated all my Web pages.
