Well, there's bound to be good reasons for Mozilla to create and use 
Taskcluster. If something suitable was available already, why create it in the 
first place?

Our needs may not be identical to Firefox's, but at least for now they are 
ideally not that different.

 From what I read (mostly http://docs.taskcluster.net/) Taskcluster does seem 
nice.
