Dave,

Thanks for being on top of this (and sorry for taking so long to
respond). Facebook no longer supports the way we used to connect to it.
As Magnus said, it's being handled in bug 1236133 [1]. We also posted on
the Instantbird blog about this [2]. I've copied the content of this
post below:

We're trying to figure out a way to disable this for 45 and hopefully
re-enable it in the future.
