Tracking of blockers for the next major release

invisible" is a blocker for the next major release of Thunderbird. 
Alice0775White added tracking-thunderbird42? and tracking-thunderbird43? 
and Severity=blocker to get attention, but frankly I do do not pay 
attention to any of those, and I doubt if anyone else does either.

I think that we should go ahead and ask that the esr45 flags be added to 
BMO so that we can start tracking issues like this for the next major 
release. Any objections or comments?
