TB25 is not 24.0.2 , as in that change will never get to the 24.0.x branch so on the release branch you are safe until TB31.

I propose to start writing these "Near future changes" onto a new "TB31 for developers" page.

On this TB24 page, I am not sure I see the mention of the changes from bugs I marked with "addon-compat" keyword.
Aryx, will you go through those yet?
