Having just had a brief conversation with someone offline in this area,
it reminded me that I didn't necessarily ask the right questions. So:

  * Is the CONDSTORE issue this bug:
    https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=885220 ?
  * Is it a regression in TB 24, or is it also seen in 17.0.x (the bug
makes me think it is 17.0.x) ?
  * How many reports have we been seeing in get satisfaction?
  * When did Google enable condstore?

The answers may affect what we want to do, i.e. if 17.0.x is seeing it,
but we haven't had many reports, then I'd re-consider proposing leaving
it enabled a bit longer whilst we try and fix it.
