Greyout replies can'ts be sent

For the last two days on Nightly, when I reply (not all the time,
haven't pinpointed what causes the issue), the compose window opens with
greyout menus - text is greyout too. Emails can't be sent. to fix it I
need to restart tb.
Am I the only one ?
eg I also get greyedout Help menus from time to time.
