Integrating HeaderToolsLite into Thunderbird

Ben,

Is this change really wanted to be integrated into Thunderbird? It seems to
me like this would not benefit a huge amount of our users and that this is
exactly what extensions are for. Was there some conversation I missed where
this was further discussed?

I'd have to say I'm somewhere near "unconvinced" that this should be
integrated.
