Changed behavior of notifications for OS X users

For everybody how haven't noticed it. In TB 17 and 18 the notification
for OS X users has changed. I mean the notifications for new mails and
for chat.

• If you are on OS X 10.6 or OS X 10.7 and using TB 17, you will see the
normal Growl notifications (with Growl installed) as you know it.
• If you are on OS X 10.8 and using TB 17, you will get a message to the
notification center. But you will NOT see any banner notification if TB
is the foreground application. You will only get a banner notification
if TB is in the background (this is the OS X default, but can be
changed). This was introduced in Bug 728106.

• If you are on OS X 10.6 or OS X 10.7 and using TB 18, than you will
NOT get any notification at all. Growl support has been removed from
Gecko 18 in Bug 777409.
• If you are on OS X 10.8 and using TB 18, than you will get the same
notification center behavior as for TB 17 above.

So keep this in mind if you see a changed notification behavior or no
notification at all, this is not a (real) bug, this is by design.
