Hey Matt,

Yes, that's what I was aiming for with "contact groups" - arbitrary 
grouping, with "tagging" behaviour as opposed to "folder" behaviour.  
This way, a contact can belong to one or more groups.

I've updated the wiki page to make this clearer.
