Hey Wayne,

Yeah, we'd probably want to re-think the text in the search input.  In 
my conception of it, that search should be searching across all fields, 
such as e-mail addresses, mailing addresses, company name, etc.

So, to sum up, that search field *should* do what you're asking for.
