Yes. It fixes several other problems, too. It also allows fallback
configs, so we can add an auth method that only TB 3.3 supports, and as
fallback one that TB 3.1 supports.
Also, 3.1 now supports the more specific auth method
"password-encrypted" instead of "secure" (which includes Kerberos). We
can't add that to the 3.0 files either, because the don't know that and
will throw. That's precisely what bug 531267 fixes, to allow us to
introduce new stuff without breaking old clients.
