MozMill test driver on linux now supports running within a VNC session (unless it gets backed out)

  If you:
1) run mozmill tests on linux
2) you have Xvnc and its friend the 'vncserver' script installed
3) you have configured vncserver by running 'vncpasswd' to create a
~/.vnc/passwd file

Then your mozmill tests will now run themselves in a VNC session on
:99. This is a good thing because focus issues on linux cause all kinds
of horrible nightmares that break the mozmill tests. Another upside is
your screen does not go crazy with windows dancing all over the place.

The bug with the change:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=548172

Documented Here:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Thunderbird/Thunderbird_MozMill_Testing#section_7

I may have to back this out depending on what kind of craziness happens
on the test boxen.

Andrew
