[rust-dev] 0.9 prerelease testing

FYI. Apple doesn't remove GDB in 10.9. They has removed symlink for it So,
you can find GDB in
/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/usr/libexec/gdb/gdb-i386-apple-darwin
and create symlink manually.
