This is from my xmonad config:

    composeOne [ isDialog -?> manageHook defaultConfig,
                               isKDETrayWindow -?> manageHook defaultConfig,
                               return True -?>  insertPosition End
Newer <+> manageHook defaultConfig ]

It seems to work, but I still don't really understand what it says.
Let's not go there in Rust.
