Handling unshare() and kernel namespaces

That message was rather confused, sorry.

It's accurate about replay, and about putting off support for execve()
after chroot(), but during recording, we certainly will execute the
chroot(), so we need the rr-root-fd backdoor that Chris and I devised or rr
breaks.
