<div dir="ltr">Would using Firefox Accounts as the first case take us one step closer to <a href="https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=558178" target="_blank">558178</a>? I think we should do both, but I'll settle for FxA for now. Firefox Account users are being prompted at least this often:<br>

I believe I had heard that our heuristics attempt to determine if the user has successfully logged in before prompting them to save the credentials. Is this true?<br>
