Also, we need to confirm that there is no proxy or client caching
being performed before the request hits the Zeus LBs. If the client
does a head or has a max-age and doesn't request or there is some
CDN in front, that would destroy our ability to count the requests.<br>

That should work if the marketplace is setting cookies when we

the manifests. The fist ping will come with no cookies since

pre-installed, so this first ping should trigger the creation
of a fresh <br>
