<p>Hello,</p>


<p>It has been at least a week that my web extensions are neither working nor displayed the toolbar.</p>


<p>I just got some time to investigate, created a clean profile and installed the add-on PrivacyBadger.<br>


At that point, the add-on was still working (well, I’d hope so as this is a clean profile).<br>


Then I copy/paste my previous prefs.js and then … no more PrivacyBadger.</p>


<p>When removing the pref:<br>


user_pref("dom.ipc.processCount.extension", 4);</p>


<p>The add-on kind of appear. I mean kind of because it had no icon and clicking on it was not quite working, but still, it was there.<br>


Then I took the prefs.js of the clean profile, added all my previous preferences except “dom.ipc.processCount.extension” and those that start with “extensions.” and it went working again, icons okay, etc.<br>

<p>I expected to see something about this issue on bugzilla, but I couldn’t find any with this issue when looking for “webextensions” or “processCount”.</p>


<p>Has anyone heard about such issue?<br>
