You may want to install a full Swedish build and not apply a langpack on top of an en-US build, this is more reliable and you will get a better localized experience (some parts of the UI such as the installer or the crash reporter are not localizable via a langpack).<br>

There is some heavy work being done currently related to langpacks and our internatianalization APIs and I don't think they are reliable these days on pre-release channels.<br>
