<div dir="ltr"><div><div dir="ltr"><div><div>After "fixing" my Internet this morning (Thanks, Obama!  I mean, Comcast!) which consisted of resetting  the cable modem, and watching as it reset itself a couple of times (recently upgraded, to what exactly, I'm not sure, it seems like dialup at times), I find that Firefox refuses to connect to Google, particularly Gmail.  Self-signed/unknown certificate that expired two years ago.  No way to continue from that (which is why I'm typing on Chrome...)</div></div><div><br></div><div>Interestingly enough, I can connect to <a href="https://www.google.com" target="_blank">https://www.google.com</a> which isn't blocked.  And going to Gmail from there, works.</div><div><br></div><div>As you may have guessed, I haven't even had my first cup of coffee yet.</div><div><br></div><div>My link (because it's on my home page) is merely <a href="https://mail.google.com">https://mail.google.com</a>  I don't put the /mail/u/0/?... stuff on, because what I have works (or used to), and I don't trust Google that it will always work if I did.  Of course setting things so that you can't connect if you point at <a href="http://mail.google.com">mail.google.com</a> but works if you add the other stuff might be one way to tell everybody, don't count on <a href="http://mail.google.com">mail.google.com</a> working all the time.</div><div><br></div><div>I'll leave this on the list for today's entertainment.</div><div><br></div><div>Be sure to tip your waitress.  You know where to find me if you want to lynch me.</div><div><br></div></div></div>
