On Linux I download all pdf.
On Win, either 7 or 8.1, I can either download the pdf to retain it on
my pc, or open it in foxit reader and print a physical copy.
The fact that it is not opened by a native viewer or plugin-in, to me,
is of no consequence and does not prevent normal usage of Nightly.
